Design: Public Practice is a class at Connecticut College where students are using design thinking to collaborate with a local non-profit, Higher Edge. Higher Edge guides low-income and first-generation students through enrollment, retention, and graduation from college by providing the support and resources needed for success. Public Practice and Higher Edge are working together on initiatives to engage New London and the surrounding area in a discussion about higher education. Visit the class website here and see press
